We want you to be happy with your new purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you should want to return a product, please use the contact us form and request for a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please quote this RMA number when you ship the returns back to us for faster processing. Upon receiving your returns, we will refund you the returns value or provide you with in store credit.
Please be aware that you have 10 days to return after receiving the product in the event that you are not happy with the order. Customer will be responsible for shipping fee (unless the product is defective).
Please note that:
· The products will have to be in unused/saleable and unopened condition when you return them.
· Production/custom orders are not returnable.
· Special offers/Clearance products are not returnable
